Famous for tracks like “Aston Martin Music,” the rapper owns a vast Georgian house originally owned by boxer Evander Holyfield. The property cost $5.8M (£4.1 M) in 2014. It has 109 rooms and the US’s largest pool, 350,000 gallons.
The 47-year-old hip-hop entrepreneur is proud of his grass despite having 235 acres of property. Ross utilizes a tractor with tinted windows, air conditioning, and a radio to be at the Georgia heat.
To Forbes, the rapper explained his hands-on style: “You know Holyfield spent $1 M a year to maintain the grass? As I left a restaurant after buying the Fayetteville estate, residents shouted, “You know what?” I decided to mow my grass. Yes, I did that.
Ross said, “I went down to John Deere and asked to see the biggest, most efficient tractor,” recounting his tractor pur chase. They suggested the right tractor when I told them I would mow my 200+ acres. I bou ght then. I bou ght the back attachment with wider cuts. After getting home, I refilled the gas.
